Where's your head at?

Allright, bras. 'Sup? So I think we should have 3 categories of posts that will relate to necessary motivation we need to be ready to kick some Lotoja arse come September...

They are:
1. Blog your training rides--distance, time, elevation climbed, girls Richard rode with, calories burned, heart rate average, time spent in the blurry-eyed zone with Boyd and Shep, etc.

2. Blog about nutrition--what things you like to keep hydrated and fueled, related articles, nutrition off the bike, ice cream disasters, fake Dr. input from Coach Scott.

3. Blog about bikes--parts, pieces, pics, weight weenie info, fashion, chamois cream test runs, etc.

These are good points. -I'll be sure to map any correlation of the posted fashion tips to numbers of women are riding with me by the end of my rides.
